National TruckPorts facilities are designed to bring our clients the most value for their dollar. We have conceived buildings with the highest degree of flexibility in mind. Whether you need 2, 4, 6, 8, or more bays, National TruckPorts can tailor each lease to meet your specific needs.
Each bay door is 14 ft. high by 12 ft. wide. The interior of each bay has over 18 feet floor-to-ceiling clearance. Each bay is 15 feet by 75 feet, for a total of 1,125 square feet. This configuration provides ample room to repair, park, and store a truck and trailer combination.
In addition to the repair facilities, National TruckPorts provides a highly secured trailer parking lot. The well-lit trailer lots are gated with code controlled access and 6-8 feet high security fencing with razorwire.
All units include conditioned office and bathrooms for each individual tenant. With our flexible partitioning, any office / shop layout can be configured to meet your needs.
