Design, build, lease and manage unique and innovative multi-tenant truck maintenance, shop and office facilities for the trucking, transportation, logistics, service and industrial users.
Each TruckPort facility will consist of approximately 60,000 square feet of office and shop space constructed of concrete tilt walls and structural metal framing. The buildings are designed to service tractors and trailers in an efficient manner: bays will be 70 to 80 feet deep and 15 feet wide. Each bay will accommodate two tractors or a tractor/trailer combination. Overhead lighting and location-specific electrical and plumbing service provide functionality for the tenant. Another great feature of a National TruckPort facility is the large, secure parking lots available to lease, providing safety and security with ample lighting and 6 to 8 foot fencing. National TruckPorts standard design has extra wide parking spaces (70 feet x 12 feet), turning radiuses and traffic lanes. Every tenant will have designated employee parking.
